Posted May 22, 200519 yr is there a working file converter to make my own voiceannoys out of mp3 files? i've downloaded 1 from google and it didn't work.....also it seems that voiceannoy has been blocked in all f the servers i've joined for the past 2 weeks.....do you not hear it clientside anymore?
May 22, 200519 yr If you're going to convert it to a .wav, you can use winamps built in Nullsoft Disk Writer plug in app. Go to options, prefrences, plugins, output, nullsoft... Then configure it to this: PCM 8.000 kHz, 16 bit, Mono Force WAV file. Configure your output directory, drag your mp3 into winamp and play it. It'll look like its playing for about 2-4 seconds and a .wav file will be made. You can use any kind of extension for this.
