That link is from one of my friends in florida, he's getting the service next month. Also I havn't seen any fiber optic connections here. the best thing we have here is DSL. No cable modems as far as I know.

However, this is a fairly new thing for America to have fiberoptics 30MBPS lines. Also no, Sweden does not have 1 GBPS lines, dont lie. I dont even think they are in existance. Thats 1024MBps.

Fiber has been around forever. Go take Cisco 1 k. It's generally NOT for the average home user, lack of interest = not available. If it is available, you'd be paying a pretty penny for it.
