It's generally NOT for the average home user, lack of interest = not available. If it is available, you'd be paying a pretty penny for it. OH yeah $50 a month yeah that's a pretty penny all right. Internet2 has a "translator" at you'r end of the line that translates yuor packets into light signals, theyse signals fly though the fiber optic wire (that is just a long round mirror), when the light hits the "translator" at your ISP, it gets translated back to electic signals. Dont u just feel like stepping on this long glass wire?
