Err, it's staged, that's why they didn't let him just go and die. On a real raid if this happened everyone would just say "wtf, okay let's get him a rezz" rather then "Let's follow him in and attempt to win even though he aggroed the entire room and there's no chance k".

If you're not a completely fucked up in the brain, you would have noticed a) the DI on the Mages b) the percentage of survival c) the "devout shoulders" (cloth armor) FOR A FUCKING PALADIN WHO WEARS PLATE d) guild leader going "hmm...isn't...isn't he a paladin?" as if the guild leader wouldn't know who the fucking members of his guild are e) Leeroy running around in a pre-calculated path to aggro the whole room f) the fact that they already have the drops from higher levels of the dungeon Any one of those should be enough to convince a fucking donkey that it's fake and was made just for laughs. In fact I don't even know what's funnier - the video or retards saying that it's staged.
