It's simple learn how to use windowsxp and master learning it, then learn some networking>how the internet works, packets, etc'. and some html. also you cant just hax everything on the internet. you need an exploit, a remote exploit that means u can do it over teh internet, physcial means you must have access to that computer<<< i know sound pretty gay but ppl are just fucking stupid. just learn how to use windows xp, stay on the internet a lot, and it will all come clear. if you have a question about teh internet just ask i'll try to help j00.

Coding hacks/cheats for games is not exactly what would call possible if you have no programming skills, and it takes years to get these ... Neway, if that's where you want to go then consider becoming a professional programmer first . If you think more like internet-hacking, being an internet- addict can help.
