I downloaded Reaper Hook (OMFG SPINHAXZ :wow: AND SPEEDHAX :eek3d:) I extracted all the files in the rar/zip package to a folder on my desktop called Reaper Hook. I then closed steam, and opened the .exe file. I hit 'Reaper Me' and went to a folder named 'Casey'. There i clicked on the CS 1.6 button and it launched steam, then launched CS 1.6. I joined a server and INS nor DEL do anything, no menu, etc.

 

Am i doing something wrong, perhaps?

go into reaper config and look at the binds for console_toggle and menu_t or what ever and see what thoes are thne press them, or just rebind them to w/e u like
