June 2, 200519 yr I am against cops using tasers in situations like this... now if the bitch woulda RAN, then it'd be good, but not as a 'control' device. Physical contact would have done the same thing. Tasers are a form of PHYSICAL TORTURE, which I am against. Those cops, in my opinion, were wrong in the use of PHYSICAL TORTURE to control this person. PHYSICAL CONTACT to control her (e.g. forcing her out of the car) I wouldn't have problems with.
