I already know how to change keys. That's cake.

Changing IPs........that's a little harder, especially because I'm on a dedicated Cable connection.

Phantom...easy to change IP on cable....simply call tech assist, and say you're being flooded by a scriptkiddy who has a thing against you and request new IP....or make up any other BS excuse, and ask...they'll usually reassign you in a hearbeat..unless you do this too often, of course

a good excuse I've used often is to deliberately infect myself with a trojan I KNOW how to remove, use the client to activate internal scanner scanning for other victims, and launch a bunch of "smurf" attacks (ping -f or ICMP storm programs) without masking, then call ISP and tell them you had been infected with a trojan, and the person who did it had been using you to attempt DDoS attacks on other sites...since bandwidth history will support that idea, they'll usually change IP to prevent further usage of it, then monitor the old IP for usage by the "hacker" for a while....lol

there ARE other ways to change IP...but that's usually the easiest for a beginner...social engineering to get someone "official" to do the job FOR you :)
