June 8, 200519 yr since the rest of the people who posted are jackasses, i'll tell you first follow the tutorial provided, and do what is needed. ( the sound file goes in the goes in the same folder as your hl2.exe thing...which i'm pretty sure is in Valve, Steam, Steam Apps, your email, counter-strike...i think thats where it goes its in the same folder as hl2.exe, like i said. I'm on another computer and i haven't memorized all the folders.) then open counter strike, and in the console, type exec voiceannoy.cfg...if you did your stuff right, it should say execing voiceannoy.cfg. then when you enter a server, you might not need to, but i do it anyway...type exec voiceannoy.cfg into the console again... and then press "3" on the NUMBER PAD to get it to work. oh yea...and the server has to have voice chat enabled...so just make sure by pressing "k" and see if the speakerphone sign comes up. ok wheres my dollar.
