it creates a file for every item that you do NOT have. Once you get an item, it removes the file that stands for that item.

 

First you should open My computer, go to Tools -> folder options -> show.. -> select "Show hidden files and folder". Now go to your C:\ drive. All of the new files (half transperant) there are d2 item files, delete them (as you can see, theres not many of them), the rest of the so called "no-item" files are in C:\windows\system32 . Delete as many folders and files there as possible for the largest amount of D2 items. Good luck sir.

Anyways, I used Jamella a couple times back in the day, but it only worked for offline, non-bnet or open bnet games.

 

Don't know if it works with 1.10 though. :eek3d:
