Call your isp and ask them to change your ip address.. Simple.

the best way is to use a program that removes the last 6 digits of you'r IP (so your IP is like 128.221.) Theyse kinds of programs are pretty private, but you might get to trade it for somehting if u PM me.

What proxy do people here use? all the uk ones i choose are fucking romanian :/
