The process is called "google bombing" it involves setting up a large number of Web pages with links that point to a specific Web site so that the site will appear near the top of a Google search when users enter the link text. This process has been used on the "miserable failure" and "french military victories" process using Iam Feeling Lucky. It isnt hacking at all it is just misuse of the google logic engine.
