ok never mind i downloaded it as a wav, and renamed it to voice_input, put it in and i cant hear it, just a bit of static, so its kind of working half ass, anyone know how to fix this? im not sure if the fact that im using the cfg from the original voice annoy

Diessel, if you want to convert an mp3 or another audio file to .wav, you'll need a program that can do it. i use cooledit, which is not freeware but you could probably find a crack for it. as far as the format, you'll need to make it 8kHz sample rate, mono, and 16-bit sample size. i save mine in windows PCM .wav format, which works well. if you google it a bit, you can probably find freeware programs that can edit sound files. just look around.
dude, just go to http://www.hlss.us and go to downloads section and they have a program there that converts them. Also u can use hlss to play sounds instead of voiceannoy cause u can play multiple sounds with hlss. They have tutorials there also on how to install it for source. Dont worry, not a shock/virus site either.
