June 20, 200519 yr Diessel, if you want to convert an mp3 or another audio file to .wav, you'll need a program that can do it. i use cooledit, which is not freeware but you could probably find a crack for it. as far as the format, you'll need to make it 8kHz sample rate, mono, and 16-bit sample size. i save mine in windows PCM .wav format, which works well. if you google it a bit, you can probably find freeware programs that can edit sound files. just look around.
June 20, 200519 yr dude, just go to http://www.hlss.us and go to downloads section and they have a program there that converts them. Also u can use hlss to play sounds instead of voiceannoy cause u can play multiple sounds with hlss. They have tutorials there also on how to install it for source. Dont worry, not a shock/virus site either.
