June 23, 200519 yr That is just simple tech. brushes used in a background. You dident even bother using multiple brushes. It just looks like the same 10+ brushes used over and over.. If you dident sue brushes(or you made the brushes yourself), then its pretty cool. give it more effect. The sudden jump to white kills it.
