June 30, 200519 yr Looks like you just used one ( or two) brush(es) throughout over a clouded background, and then added an anime picture/text. 0/10 because the finished product is all pink and blue and girly, and it probably took you 5minutes.

June 30, 200519 yr 2/10 get more brushes, make it smaller, blend the image, dont just stick it under layers, use better colors, add more to it.
