They are also suggestion fan reinstall the game and hold off installing the latest patch.. First off, a HUGE thanks to all of you who emailed me in regards to the memory leak found in the update we released earlier this week (v1.01). Your emails found their way to our production team and they’re in the process of evaluating what needs to be done in order to get this fixed. In the meantime, and since the 1.01 update is causing memory leakage on some systems, we recommend that you reinstall the game and NOT the v1.01 update we released earlier this week. Reinstalling Battlefield 2 will not affect your in-game medals or ranked server statistics. EA and DICE are committed to getting a fix for v1.01 as soon as we possibly can and will continue to keep you informed through this web space in the coming days. -Planetbf.com ea fucking sucks

According to PB it has to do with some spyware or adware that fucks with your local security settings. Most anti-spyware progs catch the offending spyware and removes it, but it does not restore the User Rights Assignment that the spyware fucked up. L0000L !!! wut a suCk :O_o:

July 9, 200519 yr I've not gotten any problems as far as playing with the new patch, the only problem I have is getting my computer to get decent frames. :rolleyes:

July 11, 200519 yr So far ive had no problems with battlefield so ill keep playing tbh. And valve is the shittest game company by far and they didnt even make cs, they bought it off some korean / japanese / chinese kid who made it
