July 13, 200519 yr the germans don't have a word for noob. thats just fuckin crazy Well newbie comes from 'new' and then everything else from noob to nap is just evolved from newbie, all other languages take from the English version of 'leet' (if you could call it that).
July 13, 200519 yr Well newbie comes from 'new' and then everything else from noob to nap is just evolved from newbie, all other languages take from the English version of 'leet' (if you could call it that). Actually, professor Hen, the word noob evolved from both the words "new" and "beginner". So in the beginning of e-time leet hackers called other men "new-beginners" or "newbeginners". When the word was passed on from e-father to e-son in games like tibia and runescape, the word was now known as "newbie". And from that it became "noob", and now its evolving into "neeb", "nooblet", "noobsauce", etc.
