What is the fun in standing in front of a jet, in shooting team members? I guess to wait for the POed text they will write after? I 'take BF2 seriously' becuase I seem to be pretty good at it... seems more fun that being a tard. :rolleyes:

Pissing people off is what games are all about, there's no better way to have fun playing a game. If you rage with a few friends it's even better, nothing makes me laugh more than pissing off a server/ tking/ seeing how mad everyone gets. Immature? Fuck no. You need a SENSE OF HUMOR.
July 12, 200519 yr The best part is they can't do anything to you, and only a dumbass would do this sort of stuff at a lan since if you go to a lan you are already pretty serious about gaming plus they would kill you. July 13, 200519 yr Popejew even then i probably would do it at a lan - ive been to a lan before and there were some fucking geeks there - one kid looked and sounded exactly like the one off pwned.nl, and the rest were dweebs also. To the poster To be honest i look at some ppl that play computer games; they never go out, theyre over weight, theyre not "well kept" e.g. they let beards and shit grow and it looks real bad, dont keep in shape , even showers and stuff. I also see ppl that let say their education go down hill and just everything! Over what?? over playing a shitty computer game which doesnt actually have any gains from it - what will come from playiong comuter games? nothing. Your just a person in a virutal world, which nothing will come from so its a fucking waste of time. on top of that i find it funny pissing ppl off!

For instance, on X-box live, I tried to play Project Gothem 2, but when I log into the servers, everybody has the uber Ferrari and I have the Pinto to start with. After a couple laps I start going backwards trying to ram them since it’s the only thing I can do. But in Call of Duty for example, I can almost always be on the top 3 on any map without any aimbot/wall hacks, and excelling in that makes it fun. I guess if BF2 had reflective FF damage, it would end (most of) these rages, huh? Also, one of the other points about uber nerds, I can understand. I am married, well 'groomed' etc, but I do play a lot of games because I enjoy them. Playing tons of games in my high school/college days got me a lot of computer experience, which I was able to port over to the real world and leave college early to make a personal record of a 6 digit salary in 2003. So playing lots of computer games isn’t all that bad. But there are idiots out there that lost out on the other areas of life in addition to playing to much games.

July 13, 200519 yr People rage for the challenge of pissing people off. Doing a good rage is DIFFICULT: you have to find the particular hacks/techniques of the particular game, find a good server, and anger people enough to begin screaming at you. If rages were easy, everyone would be doing it & this forum would have hundred new posts a day. If raging was easier, I'd get up off my lazy ass and do more of it...only thing vaguely inspiring me is myg0t. People like challenges. Twisted, deviant people like twisted, deviant challenges. July 14, 200519 yr I guess if BF2 had reflective FF damage, it would end (most of) these rages, huh? no - in bd2 most of our rages involve us dyiing anyway - e.g. i filled my helicopter up with 4ppl, then smahsed into another helicopter with 3 or 4 ppl, in total it looked as if the other pilot had tk'd 7 or 8 ppl and he got kicked but, i had to die in the game to do it were like suicide bombers, so long as we take a few with us, martys to the cause, allah ahkbar! :D
