I'd gladly do so but this isn't my computer. I could get away with something that was really bare-bones and only scanned programs for viruses though. I've been searching for a while now; does Zone-Alarm do the trick?

Oh, thank you, funbags. I just ran a crappy free virus detector and it doesn't show anything. And the guy who said it was infected said that he was lying because he didn't want the hack to get into "bad hands." Meh.
